Subzero temperatures at the Niagara Falls have ensured the world famous site is looking particularly gorgeous at the moment.

These snaps of the illuminated Horseshoe Falls and American Falls were taken on Monday in Ontario, Canada.

They are two of three waterfalls which collectively make up the Niagara Falls.
