Lady Gaga New Album: Singer Hopes To Release 'ARTPOP' Volume Two Soon

'I Will Release Another Volume Of 'ARTPOP' And I'm Hoping It's Soon'

Hold on to your telephone hats, Lady Gaga has teased plans to release a follow-up to her latest album 'ARTPOP' and has revealed in a radio interview she wants to release a new collection of songs "soon".

The singer has admitted several times in the past that 'ARTPOP', which she released back in November, could be a two-part album due to the number of songs she recorded during production and previously suggested on Twitter that her next album could be an "ACT TWO" to "ARTPOP".

Gaga has now said in a radio interview that she is hoping her next album will be released sooner than fans might have anticipated.

She told the radio station American Top 40: "I wrote a lot of songs when I was creating 'ARTPOP'. When I was done working on them I had a very specific idea of the concept for the first release of 'ARTPOP'.

"But I do have a lot more records. But there's a strong possibility I will release another volume of 'ARTPOP' and I'm really hoping that it's soon."

So far Gaga has released 'Applause' and 'Do What U Want' as singles from 'ARTPOP', and recently unveiled the music video for the third cut from the album, 'G.U.Y.'.

She is due to head out on a new world tour in support of the album, the imaginatively titled 'artRAVE: The 'ARTPOP' Ball', which is sure to thrill fans of Lady Gaga and capital letters alike.

If her most recent live performances have been anything to go by, she'll be making headlines on the road - she was controversially vomitted on during a show in Austin, while a recent gig in New York saw her giving her audience more than they bargained for when she flashed them a glimpse of her bum.
