Bruce Forsyth may have left ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, but he has no plans to retire completely and has announced that he’s heading off on a UK theatre tour.
The TV veteran will perform three ‘Bruce Forsyth Entertains!’ theatre shows in various locations in May and June 2014, where he will be joined by a number of musical guests.

Bruce recently announced that he was leaving ‘Strictly’, explaining that he felt it was “the right time” to go.
He will still present the ‘Children In Need’ special and a 2014 Christmas show, but bosses are currently deciding who will take over as presenter of the regular show when it returns to TV later this year.
Recent reports suggest Tess’s Sunday co-host Claudia Winkleman is the favourite to fill Bruce’s shoes, though her hubby Vernon Kay and dancer Anton du Beke are also being considered.
Bruce has spoken out about his decision to leave the show, stating: “I didn’t want Tess to read it in the papers so I phoned her and she was in tears, bless her heart.
His tour dates are as follows:
11 May: The Mayflower Theatre in Southampton
1 June: The Bristol Hippodrome
7 June: Nottingham's Royal Concert Hall.
