‘EastEnders’ is set to be rocked by one of the biggest soap murders in history later this week, when - major spoiler alert - Lucy Beale is murdered.
Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) then has the task of breaking the news to his other children, Bobby and Cindy, who are left devastated by the news.
Jane helps the Beale family pick up the pieces
The identity of Lucy’s murderer will be kept a closely-guarded secret until February 2015, but there have been plenty of clues as to who the major suspects might be.
Before her murder, Lucy will argue with lover Max Branning and bed Walford newcomer Lee Carter (Danny-Boy Hatchard), who’s been a huge hit with the ladies since arriving in the Square.
Last night’s episode (Monday 14 April) saw Max and Lucy have a heated argument and Deano Wicks also returned to Walford.

Ian’s ex-wife Jane, and his current partner Denise, will both be on hand to help the family deal with their loss.

Lucy’s murder scenes will be aired on Friday 18 April at 8pm.
