Miley Cyrus has been forced to cancel yet more of her ‘Bangerz’ tour concerts due to illness.
The ‘Wrecking Ball’ singer was taken into hospital earlier this week after suffering a severe allergic reaction to some antibiotics, meaning she had to cancel a concert in Kansas, where she was performing as part of the North American leg of her tour in support of her latest album ‘Bangerz’.

Unfortunately Miley was forced to stay in hospital longer than initially planned, and on Wednesday tweeted that she was not going to be able to make her concert in St. Louis, apologising to fans and adding “some things are outta my control”.
It’s now been announced that concerts scheduled for Nashville, Tennessee - Miley’s hometown - and Louisville, Kentucky have also had to be postponed as the star is still recuperating in hospital.
We predict there are going to be a whole lot of disappointed Miley Cyrus fans in the south of America this weekend…
The singer has since tweeted the newly rescheduled dates, which will now take place in August:
Earlier this week, Miley hit out at members of the press who had been speculating she was faking her illness.
She released an official statement where she went into details about her diagnosis, and also angrily tweeted: “Shut the f*** up and let me heal. Stop scaring my family, friends & fans.”

Poor Miley hasn’t had much luck on the ‘Bangerz’ tour, as earlier this month she was forced to cancel a concert 30 minutes before it began as she was reportedly suffering from the flu.
She’d previously been seen breaking down on stage following the death of her beloved dog, Floyd, who died while she was on the road.
Miley later bought a new dog, but ultimately decided to give it away, claiming it was “too soon” for her to love another pooch.
The tour has also been slammed by some parents because of Miley’s outrageous antics onstage - including Miley staging a sex act on a dancer wearing a Bill Clinton mask, and the singer wearing a cannabis leaf-print leotard - while a worker who helped build one of the show’s biggest props became injured during its construction.
Miley is scheduled to bring her ‘Bangerz’ tour to the UK in May.
