What you’re looking at is removal man Cesar Larios volunteering himself as a human chair for Rita Young, a 79-year-old lady experiencing difficulty standing and breathing.
The remarkable tableaux came about when Larios was out on a moving job in Florida and found himself trapped in a lift – along with Young.
Realising Young was having trouble, he very chivalrously arranged himself so she could perch comfortably while they waited to be rescued.
The image of Larios, who works for the College Hunks Hauling Junk moving company, and Young was posted to Facebook and has gone viral, with hundreds praising his selfless deed.
Young told Fox 13: “The young man saw I was upset,” admitting she was beginning to have a panic attack.
She said: “He put his arm around me and said, ‘now don’t get upset.’ He said, ‘I’m here and I’m going to take care of you.’”

Larios and Young were released by fire crews half an hour later.
Young added: “His mom, she should be very proud to have raised a son that would do something like that because to an old lady, it’s so hard to adjust to being older. I do consider him my special angel.”
Nick Friedman, co-founder of the company told Huffington Post: "The response to the picture is mind blowing. Thousands of people are sharing it and posting it on social media.
"I think what's great about it is that it's a genuine moment caught on camera. A lot of people say the younger generation has lost certain values. But one small picture shows that chivalry and hard work are still very much alive in our youth."
