PICS: Miley Brings 'Bangerz' Tour To London

Miley Cyrus kicked off the much-awaited European leg of her ‘Bangerz’ tour at London’s O2 Arena on Tuesday night, delighting crowds at the sold-out venue with her energetic performances and raunchy onstage antics.

The singer also debuted some new costumes for the show, including a leotard with a giant tongue attached - a tribute to one of her most famous and recognisable features - and a jacket made out of dollar bills, which we are assuming were fake.

As a treat for UK fans, Miley wore a Union Jack ensemble during 'Party In The USA'

Miley told her British fans how happy she was to be in London where she could be more open and free - does that mean she’s been holding back all this time? Wow.

She then proceeded to writhe around on a car, stick her face in a backing dancer’s boobs and, of course, twerk a lot all in the name of putting on a show.

That doesn’t mean the show wasn’t without its touching moments though. Miley performed her hit ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ alongside a giant statue of her much-beloved dog Floyd, whose death devastated her earlier this year.

She revealed to the crowd that it his birthday would have been earlier this week and invited them to put their phones in the air as a tribute to him while she sang her ballad ‘Drive’.

However while there was an element of earnestness in the show, it was interspersed with almost-nudity, sexual innuendo and casual references to drug use.
