Kim Kardashian and Kanye West enjoyed a performance from Lana Del Rey during their wedding celebrations last week, but the singer has now denied reports she was paid a seven-figure sum to perform at the A-list bash - insisting that she did it for free.
Lana performed her hit ‘Young And Beautiful’ - taken from the soundtrack to the 2013 film ‘The Great Gatsby’ - for the couple as it’s believed to be their special song, with Kanye having reportedly already hired an orchestra to perform the song for Kim when he first proposed to her last year.

While it was originally thought the ‘Video Games’ singer had received a pay-cheque of £1.6 million to perform at the star-studded event in Florence, she’s now said that she did it as a favour to the couple, telling TMZ: “I would never let a friend pay me to sing at a wedding.”
After much speculation, Kim and Kanye finally tied the knot last weekend with a lavish ceremony in Italy, attended by the likes of singer John Legend and Kim’s famous family, including her mum Kris Jenner and her sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner, though it’s thought her brother Rob was not present.

Meanwhile, Lana is currently gearing up for the release of her second album ‘Ultraviolence’, the follow-up to her critically acclaimed debut ‘Born To Die’, which topped the UK album chart when it was released in 2012.
