'Strictly Come Dancing' dancer James Jordan has hit out at the BBC after being axed from the next series of the dance show.
The professional dancer took to Twitter to tell fans that they shouldn't believe everything they read after the BBC issued a statement confirming his exit.

James is leaving after appearing in eight series of the show, but has disputed the reasons given by the BBC for his exit.
Responding to claims he refused to take part in the new series after being offered a reduced role, he tweeted: “WELL TWEEPS… Yes it’s true I WILL NOT be returning to ‘BURN THE FLOOR’…. Sorry, I mean ‘Strictly Come Dancing'.
"Do not believe everything the BBC have written in their statement.”
Fellow pro dancer Artem Chigvintsev will also not feature in the upcoming series.
Artem – who joined the show in September 2010 – has decided to remain in the States to resolve his visa issues.
He tweeted: “I want to say thank you to all my followers for your endless support I will miss SCD UK very very much. Let’s hope my visa situation will change in the future, that is the reason I decide to stay in US to sort my citizenship.”
Meanwhile, Kevin Clifton, who reached the final of last year's series with 'Good Morning Britain' presenter Susanna Reid, will be joined on this year's show by his sister Joanne Clifton.
Other additions to the professional dancer line-up include Tristan MacManus, who has previously danced with Gladys Knight and Pamela Anderson on the US version of 'Strictly', 'Dancing With The Stars'.
The full professional dancer line-up for the 2014 series of 'Strictly' is:
Females: Aliona Vilani, Iveta Lukosiute, Janette Manrara, Joanne Clifton, Karen Hauer, Kristina Rihanoff, Natalie Lowe and Ola Jordan.
Males: Aljaž Skorjanec, Anton du Beke, Brendan Cole, Kevin Clifton, Pasha Kovalev, Robin Windsor and Tristan MacManus.
