While we all know that running is good for you, there's no denying that jogging around the same route or listening to that tired old playlist can get pretty darn boring.

One woman has come up with an idea guaranteed to put a spring in your step - running in the shape of penises.

Claire Wyckoff has been drawing dicks with her Nike+ running app to the delight of her thousands of Instagram followers.
Her first penis route was on 15th June 2014, and she hasn't looked back. She's even branched out into drawing other shapes such as Space Invaders or running in the shape of a stripper on a pole.
