2013 was all about the crop (thanks Beyonce, Karlie Kloss...) but a quick look at the Autumn/Winter 2014 shows will tell you this - long hair is back. And we're not talking shoulder length either. Next season's styles are really, really long.
Need proof? At New York Fashion Week, the models at Rodarte's A/W 2014 show were given down-to-the-elbow styles to reflect "the romance of childhood."
But before you wonder how on earth these models got their hair to look like this, US Vogue revealed their secret.
These girls were given three-foot long hair extensions (yes, really) before the show. Wow.
The long-locks look made its way over to London too.
At Michael Van Der Ham, models wore their hair super straight, swept-over to one side and gelled down for a wet-look finish.
Then there were the fuss-free styles seen backstage at the Fashion East show. The centre-partings worn with extra long lashes proved that Sixties-inspired beauty isn't going anywhere either.
So - want to try the trend? The good news is there's a good six months before the season starts - plenty of time to let your hair grow!
Just don't forget to look after your hair in the meantime...
