The Desperate Housewives actress was looking red hot as she pitched up to help launch the new Ocean Drive magazine issue in Miami. But her birthday wasn't the only thing she was celebrating, because she is also the cover girl for the magazine.
The birthday girl arrived wearing a bright red shift David Koma dress, combined with a pair of strappy nude heels.
Eva also showed off her new fringe at the event, where she partied with boyfriend Jose Antonio Baston and hairdresser Ken Paves.
The star told People magazine that she feels sexier than ever as she enjoys her 30s.
"I had no idea what was happening 10 years ago, I was in a big vortex of madness. I feel more intelligent about a lot of other things than 10 years ago. So that makes me feel sexy."
