Behold: Maine resident Robert Burt, posing for his mugshot after being arrested on suspicion of drunk driving… while wearing a t-shirt on which is printed his previous mugshot.
Flagged up by The Smoking Gun, the most recent image was taken last week, with the 19-year-old’s previous appearance dating back to June.

The T-shirt, created as a thoughtful gift by one of Burt’s coworkers, included the words “Burt Family Reunion 8/8-8/10/2014,” a reference to one of Burt’s family members who was also spending time at the jail.
Writing on Facebook, Burt claimed the corrections officers who took the shot “laughed their asses off” before announcing his release with the words: “I’m out bitchs [sic]”.

Burt’s mugshot bring to mind that of Ross McMakin, who smiled for the cameras on his drink drive arrest wearing a t-shirt emblazoned with the words: “Drunk As Shit”.
McMakin was charged with drinking drunk driving, reckless endangerment, harassment and strangulation.
