Typical. Just when you were possibly getting a little bit bored of the ice bucket challenge, a load of nuns come along and do it.

Yes, all hail (Mary) the Redemptoristine Sisters of Dublin, Ireland, who are "an enclosed contemplative community of religious women" - and also jolly good sports.

Check out their epic ice bucket challenge video above. It includes quite a lot of shrieking and, perhaps surprisingly, at least one gasp of "Oh God!". Marvellous.
