Cara Delevingne had everyone talking with her outfit on the red carpet at the GQ Men Of The Year Awards on Tuesday night when she showed up in a see-through dress with just a pair of black hotpants underneath, but her actions behind the scenes created even more of a stir.
More GQ Men Of The Year Awards:
The British model looked the pillar of sophistication on the red carpet, matching a sheer lace dress with a dark statement lipstick and flawless hair, but once she got inside we got to see more of the 'party girl' side of her character when she took a bit of a tumble at the bar.

She even managed to drag British fashion designer Jonathan Saunders down with her, though thankfully, he didn’t seem too bothered about eating carpet with one of the world's most beautiful women at the showbiz bash.
Going... going...
In fact, we take our hat off to Jonathan - he managed to laugh off being tackled by Cara, and didn’t even spill a drop of his drink.
... Gone
Kim Kardashian was one of the other big talking points of the night, storming the red carpet in a see-through dress complete with rubber bustier.
However, she did suffer an embarrassing moment later in the evening when she realised she’d been posing with Pharrell Williams’ prize rather than her own Woman Of The Year award.
Benedict Cumberbatch, Jamie Dornan and ‘Doctor Who’ actor Peter Capaldi were also among the winners on the evening, while Tony Blair was, somewhat controversially, honoured with the Philanthropist of the Year award.
