If you, like millions of others have just downloaded iOS 8 you're going to be in for a bit of a disappointment. The Health app will most probably be empty, and the reason for that is there aren't any apps for it.
Technically, there are apps for it, but Apple has discovered a last minute security flaw prompting the company to pull all the new updates until a fix can be found.
Apps like MyFitnessPal, Endomondo and more have all had their HealthKit updates pulled from the App Store.
Apple has since released a statement which says:
"We discovered a bug that prevents us from making HealthKit apps available on iOS 8 today. We’re working quickly to have the bug fixed in a software update and have HealthKit apps available by the end of the month."
Pocket-Lint reports that some apps will launch with compatibility but that the experience won't be up to the standards to which they'll be happy.
