Jennifer Gibney has become the second celebrity to leave ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, after finishing in the bottom two for the second time.
The ‘Mrs Brown’s Boys’ actress faced the dance off against Blue singer Simon Webbe, after failing to impress the judges and viewers in Saturday night’s main show.
Jennifer, Simon and their professional partners made up the bottom two
Once each couple had performed their routines again, it was up the judges to decide who deserved to stay in the competition.
Craig Revel-Horwood decided to save Simon and his partner Kristina, and Darcey Bussell followed suit, stating: “I think both couples upped their game 100% tonight but the couple I’d like to save is Simon and Kristina.”
Guest judge Donny Osmond then confirmed that Jennifer would be leaving by saving Simon.
“I congratulate both couples,” he said. “You really committed to this last dance but the one that I would like to see go through is Simon and Kristina.”

While they were no longer required to make a decision, Len and Bruno both stated that they would have saved Simon too.
In Saturday night’s show, Frankie Bridge triumphed, storming to the top of the leaderboard with the help of a 10 from Donny. Jake Wood continues to impress, and came joint fourth, just behind Caroline Flack and Pixie Lott.
