There's nothing better than a large glass of ice-cold white wine after a hard week at work. But what would you say if you knew that your beloved glass of vino was the equivalent calorie-wise of devouring a couple of cupcakes?
Say hello to the hidden wonders of alcohol calorie content...
Talk about guilty pleasure - with extra emphasis on the 'guilty'.
According to Channel 4 News, a pint of your best lager contains 170 calories, the equivalent of a slice of cake. Meanwhile a Pina Colada cocktail contains a mammoth 644 calories. That's the equivalent of a burger.
The most slimming of alcoholic beverages is a gin and Slimline tonic which is just 56 calories - the same as a biscuit.

Shirley Cramer of the Royal Society for Public Health says that there are more calories in alcohol than people think.
Calorie information on food packets has been really successful in making people aware of how many calories are in their favourite snacks, she told Channel 4 News.
This, she added, needs to be adopted with alcohol packaging so that consumers have a greater understanding of the calorie content in their drink.
And it's not just weight gain we need to worry about with all of these excess calories knocking about.
Professor Kevin Fenton, executive director of health and wellbeing at Public Health England comments on the health risks associated with alcohol and high calorie drinks.
“Alcoholic drinks have a high calorie content and excess calorie intake can lead to being overweight and obese. This increases your risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes and some cancers," he told HuffPost Lifestyle.
We'll definitely think twice next time we order that large glass of wine.
