Pixie found herself in the dance-off with Blue singer Simon Webbe during Sunday night’s results show, having failed to impress the British public with her Cha Cha to ‘Love Shack’.
After both couples danced for the panel once again, the judges found themselves completely split over which famous contestant should be sent home.

However, head judge Len Goodman, who has the overriding vote when the panel are unable to reach a decision, said: “I tell you – this is hard as a judge but harder as person but I am judging it and I know when I drive home, in my heart, I have the right result for me, and my winners were Simon and Kristina.”
Pixie admitted that she was “sad” not to be able to carry on in the competition, but said: “I am absolutely loving it. I had the best time ever.
“I have honestly loved this experience so much and I am so pleased that I decided to do it. I couldn’t have asked for a better dance partner - honestly, Trent, you have been amazing. I have learnt so much and I am so grateful for it.”
Five couples now remain in ‘Strictly’, ahead of next Saturday night’s quarter finals, which will see the celebrities left in the competition tackling two separate routines live on the dance-floor.
Caroline Flack was the judges’ favorite contestant this weekend, racking up an impressive 39 of a possible 40 points from the panel for her Argentine Tango.
