Ola Jordan has shared a photograph of her from her hospital bed as she waits to undergo surgery on the knee she injured during training for ‘The Jump’.
The ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star posted the selfie on Twitter, along with the message: “Cheeky hospital selfie! ...I think I'm bored! Can't wait to go home to see my boy @The_JamesJordan.”
Ola badly hurt her legs and hips when she fell on an indoor ski slope in Hertfordshire, whilst training for the Channel 4 reality show.
The accident meant the professional dancer missed out on performing in the ‘Strictly’ final, much to the apparent annoyance of show bosses, and has since been replaced by Chloe Madeley on 'The Jump'.
Despite initial worries that her injuries would be ‘life changing’, Ola told fans on Twitter that her physiotherapy sessions had been going well before her scheduled op on Tuesday (6 January).
Ola isn’t the only one in the Jordan household who’s feeling under the weather lately.
Her hubby James was rushed into hospital over Christmas, after reportedly complaining of chest pains and collapsing at their house in Kent.
He has since admitted on Twitter that he hopes 2015 will be a “better year” for the couple, after thanking the hospital staff who looked after him during his bout of illness.
We wish them both a speedy and full recovery.
