During the Fashion For Relief show - hosted by Naomi Campbell, with funds raised going towards helping the Ebola crisis - the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ winner tried out a more androgynous look than we’re used to seeing her wearing - ditching her trademark big hair and false tan for a slicked back do and minimal make-up.
In fact, the only real indication that it was actually The Pricey working it on the runway were her killer high heels, baby pink nails and bright red lipstick.

After the show, she confessed to the MailOnline that she’d been feeling anxious about the show, stating: “I was so nervous before the show - the runway was massive! It was a wicked evening and Naomi did an amazing job.
“I was totally up for the team giving me a new different look for the catwalk.”

Other famous faces to hit the runway at the show, held at London’s Somerset House, included Nicola Roberts, supermodel Jourdan Dunne and former ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ contestant Pixie Lott.
As if winning ‘CBB’ and appearing in a fashion show alongside one of the world’s top models wasn’t exciting enough for Katie, it was reported earlier this week that she and husband Kieran Hayler would be renewing their wedding vows over the weekend.
