The former popstar and ‘Loose Women’ panelist angered viewers earlier this week after she said that severely overweight or underweight people should have "specialist shops".

"I don't believe stores should stock clothes below or above a certain weight," she said on Tuesday. "They should be made to feel uncomfortable when they go in and can't find a size."
She added: "I do not think it's right to facilitate people living an unhealthy lifestyle."
Now Gemma, who is a size 18, has hit back at the comments, branding them ‘ridiculous’.
“You can’t segregate people who are overweight from society," she told The Sun.
“When I go shopping I have two or three shops to go to as not everyone stocks plus-sizes.
Jamelia further defended her comments on Wednesday ‘Good Morning Britain’.
“I didn’t make it clear on the show that I was talking about extremes,” she explained.
“Above a size 20 and below a size 6.”
"Knowing I offended people really upset me,” she added. “And knowing I made people question themselves and their choices. All I can do is apologise for that.
"But I do stand by what I said - I am a real women with real opinions. I’m not here to play some villain. It’s not that, I get paid to voice my opinion. Occasionally you offend people.”
