Wearing an all white-outfit complete with gold chain embellishments, Alesha was joined on stage by a troupe of dancers as she carried out an energetic routine.
‘The Way We Are’ is Alesha’s first release since 2011, when her last single ‘Every Little Part Of Me’ charted at a disappointing 78.
Her performance tonight was much hyped after she took a swipe at ‘X Factor’ judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini for miming her TV performances.
Speaking of singing live, she told The Sun: “I’m not afraid. In the past Cheryl has been given a bit of stick, but we’re different artists.
“I’m not one of these people who shy away from a challenge.”
And that she didn’t, and as a result she was hailed by Twitter users for her performance.
‘Britain’s Got Talent’ continues its semi-final week tomorrow at 7.30pm on ITV.
