Jamie - who performed an impressive trick which saw a helicopter appear in the studio - topped the public vote and was put straight through, leaving judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams to chose between UDI and dance troupe IMD Legion.

However, the judges failed to reach a unanimous decision, with David and Alesha picking IMD Legion and Simon and Amanda plumping for UDI, meaning hosts Ant and Dec had to refer to the earlier public vote, which revealed UDI polled higher.
Both acts now join Welsh choir Cor Glanaethwy, dance troupe Entity Allstars, dog act Jules and Matisse and dancing dads Old Men Grooving in the line-up for Sunday’s final.
Tonight’s show also saw disappointment for singers Ella Shaw, Gracie Wickens-Sweet, The Kingdom Tenors and The Sakyi Five, comb player Narinder Dhani, dancers Dylan Bird and IMD Legion and light dance group UDI, who all failed to win the public over.
There was also a performance for ‘BGT’ judge Alesha Dixon, who stepped out from her seat on the panel to showcase her new single ‘The Way We Are’.
The semi-finals continue tomorrow night at 7.30pm on ITV.
