Gymnastics can be hard for the best of us with all the balancing, headstands and upper body strength needed to pull it off.
But this mother-to-be manages to do it all while 35 weeks pregnant... with twins.
Julia Sharpe, 27, has been doing gymnastics since she was two-years-old and even competes in men's gymnastics.
She continued to train while pregnant and is competing in national championships just three months after giving birth. Wow.
The video shows Sharpe doing dips and walking headstands while only weeks away from her due date.
In an interview with The Cut she said: "I trained as much as I could while I was pregnant because I knew I wanted to get back into the gym soon after the babies were born.
"I pretty much did everything up to ten weeks."
Sharpe said sometimes she did feel exhausted, but she powered through.
When given orders from the doctors to stop working on her abs or certain body parts, she followed their advice.
"At 34 weeks, when the babies were mature enough to be born if they decided it was time, I got to come off bed rest, so I did some more handstands, but mostly just walked and did yoga," she added.
Sharpe only stopped exercising when she was 37 weeks pregnant, after being put on bed rest for high blood pressure.
Sharpe returned to training eight weeks after giving birth, but after having a caesarean section she didn't find it as easy as she had thought she would.
She said she was unable to do forward or backward rolls for the first week, but soon felt herself getting stronger and feeling more like herself.
"I’ve gotten to the point where I can see myself getting back to where I was in just a few months," she added.
We can't imagine doing a headstand on our own, let alone with two babies inside us.
