The teenage singer finished in fifth place in this year’s final - ahead of Simon’s ‘golden buzzer’ act, Calum Scott - and has reportedly impressed the music mogul so much that he’s been snapped up by his record label Syco.
A source told The Sun: “Isaac was a firm favourite of Simon’s throughout the show.

While ‘X Factor’ champions automatically win a place on Simon’s label, he’s also known to sign up acts who impress him from both ‘BGT’ and ‘X Factor’, regardless of where they finish in the competition, including Susan Boyle, One Direction and Tamera Foster.
However, anyone expecting an album of Isaac’s acoustic covers to hit the shelves in the next few weeks might be disappointed to learn that Simon is planning to “take his time” with Isaac’s debut release.

The insider continued: “He’s not going to rush anything out. Simon’s keen to take his time with Isaac and work out which direction to go, musically.”
“He writes his own material and proved he can perform live completely unfazed.”
Jules and Matisse were voted the public’s favourite act in the ‘BGT’ final last weekend, but their victory has been steeped in controversy ever since, after it emerged that the dog trainer had secretly used a stunt dog to perform some of the more impressive tricks in the routine.
