London Collections: Men kicks off today, returning to the capital for a four day fashion extravaganza.

Now in its seventh season, the biannual event has been extended from three to four days and showcases the brightest stars in the menswear sector.

To help you navigate LCM, we've rounded up the top five things you need to know for a long weekend of runway shows, presentations and fabulous parties.

77 designers will be showcasing their spring/summer 2016 collections, a huge increase from the initial fixture of 46. See the full schedule on the London Collections Men website.

Don't fancy window shopping the clothes? For the first time ever, the public can get in on the fashion action too, with 10 free events taking place across London.

Highlights include special discounts, fashion films free catwalk shows. Check them all out here.

Returning designers include Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Jimmy Choo and Tom Ford, while new additions to the line up come in the shape of House of Holland and Tommy Hilfiger. JW Anderson, Christopher Kane and many more will also be hosting shows and presentations throughout the weekend.

David Beckham is rumoured to be attending the Belstaff show, as he presents his second collection.

Iris Elba will be previewing his upcoming line with Superdry, Nick Grimshaw and Tinie Tempah are heading to the Topman Design show, while model David Gandy is LCM's official ambassador, so expect to see him on the top runway front rows.

Perfect for people spotting, head to New Oxford Street as the models, editors, celebs and international press (from 39 countries no less!) play dress up for the waiting cameras.
