Going through airport security is a painful process at the best of times, with all the unbuckling, unlacing, overt touching and incessant beeping.
However, for one man who placed his cat through an X-ray machine, Los Angeles' LAX taught him just how brutal security lines can be.
The cat was reportedly placed in a regular bag, instead of a pet carrier, when security discovered it making its way on the conveyor belt towards the luggage scanner.
Those watching the ridiculous incident, tweeted that Transport Security Administration employees reacted with 'rage' when they saw the unsuspecting feline emerge from the bag.
Comedy duo, the Sklar Brothers who also happened to be at LAX tweeted that all the 'screaming' felt 'appropriate.'
They later posted a picture of the 'cat guy' on their Instagram account who seemed unfazed by all the wrath.
For the record, the Transport Security Administration states that animals should not be put through X-ray machines.
Your animal will NEVER be placed through an X-ray machine. However, you may be asked to remove your animal from its carrier so that the carrier can be placed on the X-Ray machine.

While the guy (who is yet to be named) and his cat made it through this drama alive the incident has probably set the bar quite high for airport security rage.
