Hilaria Baldwin has got a new fitness trainer to motivate her as she documents her #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump... her one-year-old daughter.
Keeping up with the antics of a bouncy toddler is enough to make most parents break into a sweat.
But Baldwin, 31 is a yogi, so her daughter Carmen had to find a new way to ensure she tired her mum out.
The ingenious child decided that 10 tricep dips weren't enough of a challenge for her mother - so to ensure Baldwin didn't cheat and drop to the floor between dips, she crawled beneath her head.
Not landing on your baby - now that's motivation.
Baldwin shared the video above with her 109,000 Instagram followers and it quickly reached 2,300 likes.
She captioned the clip:
"Mini upside down tricep dips! Working on my #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump and my little munchkin, Carmencita, has come to make sure I don't cheat! (I went up into the headstand and she crawled right in!!)"
Baldwin announced on Twitter that she had given birth to her and husband Alec Baldwin's second child Rafael, on June 17.
Since then she has been documenting her changing body on Instagram with the #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump.
Two days after giving birth she shared the photo below with the caption:
"I hope you understand my intention here: I believe it is important to accept and love our form after going through a bit of a battle bringing life into this world.
"Deep breath, here we go... all the way from my glamorous hospital bathroom #ShrinkingBaldwinBabyBump #NoShame #LoveYourBody."
She has followed up with regular shots showing how her body is changing:
