Declan Donnelly, best known as one half of TV presenting duo Ant and Dec, married his long-term partner, Ali Astall on Saturday afternoon.
The wedding was a family affair, with Dec’s brother Father Dermott Donnelly conducting the service, at St. Michael's church in Newcastle, where Dec was born and raised.
Ant McPartlin, who has co-presented the likes of ‘Britain’s Got Talent’, ‘Saturday Night Takeaway’ and ‘Pop Idol’ with Dec over the years, unsurprisingly acted as best man, with the two presenters together in matching suits before the ceremony began.

Ali has photographed on her way into the ceremony shortly before it began, looking gorgeous in her white Phillipa Lepley gown, before joining her new husband on the way out of their big day.

A source tells The Sun: “It felt right for him to go back to Newcastle because Dec is such a proud Geordie. Dec always wanted to get married before he turned 40, which happens next month.
Among the famous guests in attendance are Holly Willoughby, Ben Shephard and ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ host Tess Daly, as well as members of both the bride and groom’s family.
Dec and Ali announced their engagement at the tail-end of last year, after he proposed to her in Australia, where she was joining him while he filmed the latest series of ‘I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here’.
The pair knew each other for over a decade before becoming an item, as Ali had previously worked as a talent manager for Ant and Dec.
Congrats to the happy couple!
