After the third episode of The Great British Bake Off aired on Wednesday 19 August, we were left in something of a baking frenzy.
So, to get our skills up to Paul Hollywood's standards (aim high, and all that), we've decided to go the extra mile and try out some other bread recipes that aren't French baguettes.
While it's nowhere near Paul Jagger's lion masterpiece, this rye bread creation from the culinary wizards at Scoff is definitely something to be proud of.
You will need...
Ingredients:
130g all purpose flour
130g rye flour
1/2 tsp instant yeast
280ml water
260g all purpose flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp caraway or any other seed
1 tsp caramel, coffee or cocoa to colour
60g butter milk or yoghurt flour for dusting

3 medium sized bowls
1 loaf pan
1 brush
1 tea towel
1 plastic bag
1 spray bottle

1 electric mixer with hook attachment
