Star Wars fever is now well and truly in full swing. Thanks to the merchandising event 'Force Friday' providing us with an army of toys, as well as a new trailer via Instagram, it's proving hard to suppress our excitement for Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
With that in mind we present you with this outstanding new product from US homeware store Pottery Barn: The Star Wars Bed.
Shaped as the cockpit from the iconic spaceship 'The Millennium Falcon', the new bed has been prepared ahead of the assumed tidal wave of excitement that'll be felt by kids as they head to the cinema and see the first new Star Wars film in 10 years.
Naturally this isn't just a half-hearted effort. The bed even has the authentic window at the front and inside you'll find controls.
Getting kids out of bed in the morning is tough enough as it is so it's unlikely that turning their bed into an intergalactic spaceship is going to make this task any easier.
Of course if you didn't feel like forking out the $4000 (yes, that's right) that it'll cost, then you can always just get them this, the incredible Sphero BB-8 robot that has taken the internet by storm.
Authentic right down to the 'impossible' head that floats above the body, this massively cute little robot can be controlled via iPhone, uses augmented-reality to project videos and at £129.99 is a considerable bit more reasonable than the bed.
For now though, here's the latest snippet of footage from 'The Force Awakens' courtesy of the Star Wars official Instagram account.
