It’s fair to say that the ‘X Factor’ final duets have been somewhat lacklustre in recent years, but that could all be about to change, as Adele has revealed that she's up for performing with one of this year’s finalists.

However, the ‘Hello’ singer has got one condition for show boss Simon Cowell - the hopeful can’t be rubbish.

Speaking about whether she would appear on ‘The X Factor’, she told Kiss Fm’s Ricky and Melvin: "It would have to depend on who's in the final.
"It depends who's in it. If they're rubbish, then no, I won't.”
However, the singer admitted she would liked to have teamed up with previous contestant Ella Henderson in 2012 if she had reached the final.
"There was Ella Henderson, I used to like. But she didn't make it at the time,” she explained.
“I mean, I was pregnant so I wouldn't have done it. But like, if she was in it this year and she was in the final, I would probably do it with her."

Adele was vocal of her support for Ella when she was competing on the show, but the hopeful made an early exit from the competition in a shock elimination, losing out to eventual winner James Arthur when the vote went to Deadlock in week seven.
Ella has gone on to achieve success though, with a number one album and several top 10 singles.
She also returned to duet with Andrea Faustini in last year’s ‘X Factor’ final, while Ben Haenow sang with Ed Sheeran and Fleur East collaborated with Labrinth.
While they were all good performances, they certainly didn’t come close to this golden ‘X Factor’ moment:
