Edwards' elegant take on a string vest was the most talked about look of the evening on Wednesday, 3 December. She paired her shimmering silver floor-length gown with high waisted underwear and a sharp high pony.

Two of Edwards' Little Mix bandmates also went for sheer numbers, with Jade Thirlwall in a structured white two-piece and Leigh-Anne cominging netting with glitter.
Little Mix got into the spirit of the Ultimate Women event by striking some girl power poses with Emma Bunton
Another trend that dominated the red carpet was magpie-pleasing sparkly numbers as with Denise Van Outen opting for sequins, Rebel Wilson in glitter and Alesha Dixon shining in satin.
