Redmayne joins Colin Farrell, Jon Voigt, Samantha Morton and Ezra Miller in the film which has been filming across the UK, including at Liverpool's protected sea front.
'Fantastic Beasts' explores Scamander's career in wizarding New York and is released in November 2016.
