James Corden Reveals The 'Big Worry' He Has For His Kids

James Corden has revealed he is worried about how moving to America might impact his children's lives.

The 37-year-old left the UK in December 2014 with his wife Julia, four-year-old son Max, and one-year-old daughter Carey, to take up a job hosting The Late Late Show on the American CBS network.

"We are a long way from grandparents, aunties, uncles and friends. It is tough," Corden told the Big Issue.

"I feel very conscious that my children are only going to be young once. My big worry is for my daughter. I worry she is not going to know life in Britain."

Corden continued: "[Britain] will just be a place we come to in winter where she is going to be, 'Oh my god, why is it so cold? Grandma and granddad don't even have a pool, this is disgusting'. I really hope that doesn't happen."

Corden said he will always be indebted to his wife for making the move, especially for doing so when their daughter was only five weeks old.

On a more positive note, the comedian and actor said he is now able to spend much more time with his family than he would have done if he was making a film.

The dad-of-two said he plans to work on the TV show for five years and he doesn't think his family will stay in America forever.
