One Direction Forced To Deny Split Reports Again, Insisting Break Is Definitely A Hiatus

One Direction Address Fresh Split Rumours

One Direction have, once again, been forced to deny split reports, following claims from a US magazine.

The band’s previously-announced hiatus is set to begin in March, and there’s been plenty of speculation over whether they’ll actually reunite in the future.

Separate Directions?

However, the band’s rep has now denied the split claims, stating: "This story is fabricated and pure speculation. One Direction have clarified the situation many, many times already."

The denial comes following a report from Us Weekly, which said that Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson had no plans to get back together in the years to come.

1D gave their last performance together for the time being at the most recent ‘X Factor’ final, and Syco boss Simon Cowell pulled out all the stops for a farewell video, which included messages from the likes of David Beckham and Mariah Carey.

While the foursome prepare for a much-needed break, their former bandmate Zayn Malik has been busy filling his 2016 diary, and we’re currently counting down the months until the release of his debut solo album.

While Zayn’s yet to reveal any details about the record, he has confirmed that it’ll be arriving in “early Spring”.
