David Beckham Shoots Five Separate GQ Covers, Celebrating His Many Changing Looks

We Can't Decide Which Of David's Five GQ Covers Is Our Favourite

David Beckham has been revealed as GQ’s March cover star, but it appears that one cover isn’t enough for Becks, as he’s posed for five different shoots.

Over the years, David has undergone many style transformations, and the special editions of GQ coincide with a new exhibition in London celebrating the star’s most iconic looks.

One of the covers - which were shot by four different photographers - shows Becks posing with a football while another contains a throwback to his iconic mohican hairstyle.

A third sees David suited and booted, and in the final two, he’s posing topless.

Basically, we approve.

The exhibition ‘David Beckham: The Man’ will open at the London Phillips Galleries later this month and GQ editor Dylan Jones has praised Becks ahead of the project.

“David Beckham really has a golden aura about him these days, a star quality burnished by a dedication to self-improvement, a savvy series of brand endorsements and the not inconsiderable fact that the public as a whole appear to have taken him to their hearts,” he says.

“As for this special issue, when we saw the scale of the project at Phillips and the wealth of images being auctioned – including some iconic ones that had been shot for us at GQ – we couldn’t wait to get involved.”

The March issue of GQ hits newsstands on Thursday 4 February.
