Sharon Osbourne has admitted she has "no idea" if she has a future with husband Ozzy after she kicked him out of their home.
The 63-year-old said she "can't keep living like this" as she addressed reports the couple's 33-year marriage could be coming to an end.
Appearing on her US television show The Talk, Mrs Osbourne confirmed it was "true" that she had kicked the Black Sabbath frontman out of their Beverly Hills mansion but now "he's back, and I'm out of the house".
She said: "I honestly at this point today have no idea what I'm going to be doing with the rest of my life. I don't know where I'm going, who I'm going with and I just need time to think.
"I need to think very carefully about where I want to go and what I really want. At this point, honestly...I have no idea.
"I'm 63 years of age and I can't keep living like this."
Asked if she was on speaking terms with her now-estranged husband, Osbourne replied: "I'm not with him but I speak to him, sure.
"I love Ozzy dearly. He's given me an unbelievable life. He's given me three gorgeous children."
Asked by her co-host Julie Chen if there was chance the couple could stay married, Mrs Osbourne replied: "I honestly don't know. I cannot answer that because I don't know at this point what I want.
"When I know what I'm going to be doing with the rest of my life, who I'm going to be spending my life with and what I want to do with it, you'll be the first to know.
"I've got to follow my heart."
Mrs Osbourne said she had avoided reading reports about her marriage problems because it was "like putting salt in a wound".
She added: "Honestly I'm empowered and I've found this inner strength. I'm like; 'Right, okay, what's next?' I can handle this."
Mrs Osbourne, who is a panellist on The Talk, did not appear on Monday's episode amid reports about her marriage troubles.
She appeared on Tuesday's programme holding a glass of lemonade, an apparent reference to Beyonce's new album which contains lyrics about infidelity.
Her rock star husband Ozzy, 67, has fought a public battle with drug and alcohol addiction throughout their marriage.
However the singer has reportedly insisted he has been sober for more than three years and said any reports suggesting he was using drugs again were "completely inaccurate".
Osbourne and his wife met in the 1970s via her father Don Arden, who was managing the heavy metal group at that time. The pair wed in 1982 and have three children together: Jack, Kelly and Aimee.
The Osbourne family found a new level of fame when they appeared on the MTV reality show The Osbournes from 2002 to 2005.
