The mum-of-one showed off her stunning post pregnancy body as she went for a paddle in the sea in Dubai where she's taking some time out with her one-year-old daughter, Sophia Ruby at the luxury Grosvenor House Hotel.
And yep, you read that right, Abbey's not-so-little ray of sunshine is just a year old - despite being the height of a child at least twice her age.
The toddler - who already measures 3ft - has got her model mum and footballer dad to thank for her height.
Abbey is a pretty impressive 5ft 9ins but that's positively short compared to beanpole dad Peter Crouch who clocks in at a vertigo-inducing 6ft 7in.
If she keeps growing at her current rate, Sophia Ruby could be edging towards a very statuesque 6ft by the time she's 20 according to the World Health Organisation growth charts.
And with height and her mum's good looks on her side, we have a feeling Sophia Ruby could be following her mum into modelling.
Well, that or professional basketball.
