Abbey Clancy has revealed she's due to give birth in six weeks' time.

The Strictly Come Dancing star, who also has four-year-old daughter Sophia with husband Peter Crouch, posted a huge bump selfie to Twitter and wrote: "Just over 6 weeks and counting!"

Abbey can be seen in the snap wearing comfy sweatpants and a grey top with one had sitting firmly on her growing bump.

A baby's pram can be seen in the background and she will no doubt have stocked up on the essentials in time for the little one's arrival.

Meanwhile, the 29-year-old mum was seen out and about on a family day out at Hampstead Heath Fair in London over the Bank Holiday weekend.

The model was spotted gave her baby bump a rub and was joined by footballer Pete and their daughter Sophia, who seemed in her element carrying a Minnie Mouse balloon.

The couple won't find out if their baby is a boy or a girl until Abbey gives birth - she's due in May – but the Stoke City striker admitted he's hoping for a boy.

In his column for Loaded magazine, Peter said: "We're not going to find out the sex of the baby – with Sophia we left it a surprise. Either would be brilliant.

"But, I will say, I've got a lot of girls in my house, so it would be great to have a little lad to take to football."

The doting dad continued: "The baby's due in May when the season's over and I'm on holiday – and I don't know whether that'll be a good or a bad thing.

"If it is a boy, he'd have to end up supporting Stoke."
