The show will see the 22-year-olds, who are dicephalic parapagus twins, graduate from university, start a job hunt and travel through Europe with their friends.

The clip shows what utterly normal lives the high-spirited girls lead, cycling, sunbathing, and dancing in their kitchen. But its an undeniable fact that their appearances draw attention.

Abby and Brittany Hensel have graduated from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota

As a friend of the girls' tells the camera: "Everywhere they go, they just get the stares, I just don't know how they do that every day."

The good-natured pair appear to shrug off the stares though, with Abby laughing: "We throw it out there and let it go".

The girls may look as though they share an entire body but in fact they each have a separate heart, pair of lungs, stomach and spinal cord. They share one an intestine, bladder and reproductive organs.

The girls hope to have children some day

In 2009 an unsubstantiated rumour spread that then 19-year-old Brittany was engaged, giving rise to much speculation about the bedroom arrangements this would entail. Neither twin commented on the story, although it re-emerged again in 2011.

A TV interview later filmed the girls confirming they fully intended to have children, with Brittany explaining: "We're gonna be moms, we just haven't figured out how its going to work yet."
