Adele is heading to the coast with her new boyfriend after they snapped up a beach home in Brighton to settle down in.
The Someone Like You singer has been renting a West Sussex mansion in recent months but she is now putting down roots by splashing out £2.5m on a house with stunning views to share with charity boss beau Simon Konecki.
A source told The Sun: "Adele fell in love with the house she's buying immediately. It's not as big as the rented place but it's beautiful and they have a gorgeous sea view."
She has already got one new friend in the area - DJ Fatboy Slim.
Despite the hefty price tag, the move should serve Adele well - she has reportedly been paying her female chauffeur to live in the Sussex mansion with her amid fears it's haunted.
An insider recently revealed: "Adele was so excited to be renting such a lavish property but it has not turned out as happily as it should have. She is convinced it is haunted. She knows about its religious history - and it's a big place to be in on your own in the dead of night."
