She was given an MBE at Buckingham Palace recently for her services to music, so she could be caught up on Royal family mania. And now apparently, Oscar-winning singer Adele has gone and bought herself a portrait of the Duchess of Cambridge.
The Daily Star reports the Someone Like You mum-of-one has bought the never-seen-before artwork to hang in her home in Brighton.
Word on the street is that Adele asked Darren Coffield for the piece after being impressed with one of his paintings of Albert Einstein.
The artist, who likes to paint celebs upside-down, told the tabloid: "It's my ironic take on celebrity that made Adele come in to see my work. I did Kate Middleton and I'm sending that to her."
