A white, middle-class, able-bodied man has complained that a cultural event didn't include enough people like him.
"For centuries, we've had to put up with endless portrayals of young, ethnic and disabled people in history," said Tory MP Aidan Hurley-Burley. "I'm fed up of it."
"Where were the likes of me in the Opening Ceremony of the London 2012 Olympic Games?" he continued. "Where were all the white guys, like Shakespeare and The Rolling Stones?"
And according to Hurley-Burley, when it comes to snubbing white, middle-class men, the Opening Ceremony was just the tip of the iceberg.
"The whole Olympic Games is a load of diverse c***, " he said. "People from all over the world, competing together? It's multiculturalism gone mad."
