Amanda Holden and her new baby daughter, Hollie Rose, have been discharged from hospital.
The mum-of-two and her husband Chris Hughes thanked medical staff for the care Amanda and her daughter had received during their stay, after Amanda was left in a life-threatening condition following the birth.
The couple's spokeswoman Alison Griffin said they were 'thrilled' at being given the all-clear to return home.
She said: "We are delighted to say that Amanda is now home. She and Chris (Hughes) would like to thank everyone who was involved in her care for their amazing skill and dedication, and also to thank everyone who sent such kind thoughts and wishes during this time. She is, of course, thrilled to be home with her family - Hollie is absolutely beautiful. Amanda and Chris are completely besotted with their two girls."
Amanda was taken to hospital last week after experiencing labour pains as she prepared to attend the the latest round of Britain's Got Talent auditions. She is reported to have lost a lot of blood after an emergency Caesarean section and was said to be 'critical' in intensive care. So serious was her condition, she did not see her newborn daughter for three days after her birth.
Despite arriving a month early, little Hollie Rose weighed in at a healthy 6lbs 10z. Her birth comes a year after the couple tragically lost a baby seven months into Amanda's pregnancy.
We wonder what big sister Lexi, five, thinks of her lovely new little play-mate?
