Angelina Jolie and Elle Fanning, the stars of Disney's new flick Maleficent, couldn't have looked more different if they tried as they hit the red carpet for the film's premiere in Tokyo, Japan on Monday.
Our new favourite on-screen villain, Angelina, proved exactly how to rock a little black dress in a velvety number which hugged in all the right places.
She teamed her dress with with a pair of black sky-high heels and diamond earrings and had her hair swept up into a classic old Hollywood-style do. Yes, the 39-year-old had all eyes on her... Despite her co-star Elle's best efforts who decided to roll up in a, er, wedding dress?
While there's no denying 16-year-old Elle was every inch the Disney princess in a flowing white gown complete with feathered hem and a tie-at-the-bust bow, we can't help but think she looks a little like a teen bride - or perhaps one of those girls who pledges to keep tight hold of her virginity until marriage at a purity ball.
Both ladies took to the red carpet as it was announced Maleficent is now Angelina's highest grossing movie ever!
Although it still has a lot longer to run in cinemas across the globe, the film has already raked in upwards of $500million (that's over £290million to you and me!).
Ange's previous best was the 2005 movie Mr & Mrs Smith which took in $478.2million (£280million) and co-starred her fiancee, Brad Pitt.
In 2013 Angelina topped Forbes' list of Hollywood's top-earning actresses with an estimated $33million - almost £20million - in earnings between June 2012 and June 2013. Whoa!
