This is not your usual boring snoring "here's how I apply eyeliner using a teaspoon" makeup tutorial and it's way more than just contouring.
YouTuber Anna Akana's responded to requests from her fans to demonstrate exactly how she gets her face looking so god damn beautiful in the most perfect way. Because, without going all lame on you, beauty is not just on the outside.
"Now to start off, dabble your eyes with optimism," she says dusting her lids with shadow. "It's all about your perspective on the world."
This is merely the beginning of putting your best game face on. "I also like to line my optimism with something called 'I don't give a f*ck about outcomes'," she continues. We like where this is going.
"The less that I care about the result and the more I concentrate on the process of what I'm doing, the happier I am.
"I also like to give myself a little bit of a cateye, that way everyone I meet knows that I own four cats and I love cats and if you have a cat we are automatic best friends."
Moving on to her brows or "thoughts" Anna explains: "We are our thoughts. And if your thoughts are negative, self deprecating or judgemental guess where it's going to go? It's going to trickle all the way down that beautiful face... and make you ugly."
