We do love a good Soap awards. Not because we love a good Soap opera, but because we love observing (from a safe distance) the Soap stars descending together in one place, in all their shiny, smiley glory.

The 2011 Inside Soap Awards took place last night, cue the usual mish-mash of tack-tastic fashion, unflattering frocks and generally dodgy dresses - mixed up with a few questionable hair and makeup choices, too.
Okay, okay, so some of them don't look terrible - just a bit boring. But boring does not a decent red carpet round-up make.
