Apple have unveiled plans for their annual London music festival, revealing that One Direction and Glastonbury headliners Florence And The Machine will perform at Camden’s Roundhouse this September.

For 2015, the event will be called the Apple Music Festival - rather than the iTunes Festival, as it was previously known - and Pharrell Williams and Disclosure will also be headlining.

One Direction will perform on 22 September

However, while the festival used to be a month-long event, there will be just 10 days of music this year, but the company’s bosses aren’t scrimping when it comes to quality, and fans watching from home will get to have a glimpse backstage too, thanks to Beats Radio.

1D’s Niall Horan has shared his excitement ahead of returning to perform at the venue again, stating: “It’ll be great to be back in London and we can’t wait to perform for our fans in the Roundhouse and around the world on Apple Music! See you there!”

While the other three performers are returnees, this will Disclosure’s first time at the event.

Brothers Howard and Guy Lawrence, who are also gearing up to release their second album, are understandably delighted to be on the bill.

“We’re super excited to play our first ever show for Apple Music Festival at the Roundhouse, one of our favourite venues in London,” they say. “It’s also the day our album’s released so that makes it extra special.”

As usual, all tickets will be free and fans hoping to attend can find out more information here.
